Ferrari Barn scene

As I've been very busy recently with work that sadly can't be posted here due to its 'secretive' nature, I've taken a scene that I created during last year and added the classic Ferrari model that I made into it. I'm quite pleased with the result, the whole image is 3D and modelled/rendered/Photoshopped by me! :)

Office plans

Here a couple of images that I've created recently of a restoration project in an office block. I made a series of aerial shots along with the interior view for this project.

R/C Helicopter photo montage

This is a good example of how the HDRI can be used to put 3d models into real environments. The first image is the photo, the second has my model added.

HDRI's....

I've recently been looking into HDRI lighting techniques a bit more and decided to create my own. I created my first HDR image today and just used it to light the R/C helicopter model. For a first attempt i'm quite pleased really!

Here are the homemade HDR image (spot the photographer!!) and the resulting helicopter render.

Here are a couple of renders of the finished model. I might do an animation if I get some free time, but that's a big IF! :)

R/C Helicopter

I had a little time this morning to add a few details to the helicopter model. It's fairly close to completion now with only a few minor details that need adding before I can start to texture it.

Here is another small update on the helicopter. The model is getting quite close to being finished now so hopefully one more update and it will be complete. Then the fun begins adding materials and lighting!
